I, the parent or guardian of the student I am enrolling in this form, residing in the city of Bogotá, freely and voluntarily authorize the FUNDACION BIOSBOT ROBOTICA to    Capture personal images (in whole or in part), photographs, videos, audios or by any other means known or to be known and similar of the child, girl, adolescent mentioned above; by any physical, electronic or other means (hereinafter referred to as "The Images", which for the purposes of this document means the name, pseudonym, voice, signature, initials, figure, total or partial physiognomy of the body and/or any symbol that relates to the identity of the child or adolescent).   Record his or her voice, any artistic interpretation, his or her name and information collected in interviews about him or her (hereinafter also referred to as "The Images").   Distribute and publish The Images through any physical, electronic, virtual or other media, public or private. Make unlimited use of The Images.   Use The Images anywhere in Colombia or the world, without time limit.   Modify, adapt, fix, manipulate and alter The Images in any way for advertising use and other lawful purposes, with the understanding that the above will not at any time constitute a violation of the moral rights of the minor and those who sign this document.    Likewise, I am aware that the authorization extends to: the dissemination and socialization for physical and/or digital format; through the different media and channels of the BIOSBOT ROBOTICA FOUNDATION, as well as others that, on a non-profit basis, allow to expand the visibility and projection of the ideals of the Foundation.  I also authorize the BIOSBOT ROBOTICA FOUNDATION to use and process the non-sensitive personal data of the child or adolescent participating in the events and activities organized by the Foundation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of Law 1581 of 2012 and its Regulatory Decree No. 1377 of 2013.  I (we) acknowledge that this authorization, which we give in favor of the BIOSBOT ROBOTICA FOUNDATION, is free of charge, and therefore I (we) declare that no amount is owed to us for this document. Consequently, I (we) undertake not to claim any value for the use made by FUNDACION BIOSBOT ROBOTICA or any other person, natural or legal, or that has been authorized by the entity for the use of the images I (we) declare that I (we) know the material, content and purpose of the images in which my (our) child(ren) appears. I (we) declare that all the information provided in this form is true and can be verified at any time, including that which is not written in my (our) handwriting. The personal data collected in this document will be included in the database of FUNDACION BIOSBOT ROBOTICA and will be used exclusively for information and consultation purposes.   Note: FUNDACION BIOSBOT ROBOTICA, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, will keep the information under the necessary security conditions to prevent its alteration, loss, consultation, use or unauthorized or fraudulent access and ensure that the activities carried out during the events, are framed in the best interests of children and adolescents and respect their fundamental rights. In any case, always guaranteeing adequate levels of data protection, for purely educational purposes, non-profit and at no time will be used for other purposes.
